Steering Wheel

When ever i'm making a left turn on my 2000 f150 I can turn the wheel 1 3/4 over, but on the right side i have 1 1/4 making it almost impossible to completely turn right; and some times i have to back up a little to make that turn. Anybody that can give me some advice about that would be very appreciated.

I work at an Intl. airport, and one of the Tugs steers like this, real fun trying to back up a set of doubles. I wonder if the pitman arm is not centered?
