Hello my father in law has a Diablo 3 pos. flip swich chip on his 2001 7.3. He is having a problem at times where if the chip is in any position besides stock the truck will not start. This to me sounds like a bad connection pcm to chip. What do you guys think?

 

Sounds like the contacts need to be cleaned better
