2wd dually rotors?

I'm getting ready to change the front rotors on my 99 F350 2wd Dually. Does anybody know the easiest way or any kind of tool to get back in there to get dust cover off?
Thanks

If you mean the rear seal for the rotor and the bearings, just pry it out and trash it. Dont gouge up the mating surface. I beleive that there is also a slide hammer style seal puller.

I'm talking about the dust cover that you have to take off to get to the wheel bearing nut on the front rotor hub. The rotor and hub are one piece and the cover is probably 4 or more inches back in the hub.

I just looked at Helminc and it appears to be a standard hub seal. You could remove it with something like this:

EDIT: Go to page 4, it's the last tool on the list.

I think i know what you are talking about. The grease cap is hell to get off. It takes a lot of work and patience to get off without damaging. But the caps are cheap and the easiest way to get off is to punch a hole in the center and hook it with a bent screwdriver or a slidehammer to pull it out.
