Question New delta chip?

I just installed a 2 stage delta chip on my 2000 f150 5.4. The truck works in all 3 positions but i cant tell what position is the performance one. the instructions say bottom is stock, middle is tune 1 and top is tune 2 i know all this, but when i have only one "performance tune" what position is it. They all feel the same to me. and what happens when i have it in "tune 2" does it go back to stock, like i said the truck runs fine in all 3 positions.

If its a two stage chip it will only have stock and the middle position. The third position will do the same as the middle when its a 2 stage chip. You cannot switch from stock to the middle position with the truck running, the chip will stay in the stock tune. You must turn off the engine, and start it with the chip in the center position. Leave it in the center position all the time unless there's a need to run the stock tune, and make sure you're running premium fuel. If you purchased an 87 octane tune instead of a premium tune, you won't feel much power difference. I assume you purchased a premium tune?
