Lifting Front

how do i lift the front of my 75 highboy without buying aftermarket springs if there is anything i can make at home or little tricks to get and inch or two let me know

Do you have coils or leafs?

you can fab up some new drop hangers and shackles for it, thats what i'm doing......i have pics of my new hangers in my gallery. still have to make longer shackles.

I have a 99 250 powerstroke. I want to level the front end and was wondering if anybody could tell me the best way to do it and if I would have to do anything like extending brake lines or front driveshafts? Thanks.
