Perhaps some salvations for tire vibration issues
Here is the history. I bought a 2005 psd f350 with 18" rims. It came with the conticrap tires. They are great on the highway but wet grass or 1/2 an inch of snow is their undoing.
I bought 4 goodyear tires on ford 20: rims on ebay. The probem is that they are very difficult to balance. A local shop tried but had a hard time. I still got a bad vibration. The tire shop that tried to balance them twice suggested that I try sullivan tire. They were abel to help. They had a machine from hunter mfg that allowed them to look both at the balance but also a thing called road force. Taking these two things into consideration the truck now rides like glass. I am very happy.
