Hard Shifting, No Pedal....HELP!
Well I am having some difficulty getting my truck into gear. It's lost most of the pedal to it. It was shifting a little rough so I added trans. fluid and thought that could fix the problem because it needed some. When I left my shop to go home I couldn't get the truck into gear. Not a whole lot of grinding, it just wouldn't move into position. So I checked the slave cylinder and it had barely any fluid in it. I filled it up and tried pumping the clutch to maybe get it into the system. It helped a little and I could get it into a gear after a few tries. Still not much pedal. Could there just be air in the system now? If so is there any way to bleed it out? Or am I in for some major trouble here? Any ideas will help out greatly. Thanks alot.
