Group Buy
Many of you, like me, are in the market for a tuner or chip, and you're not quite sure what's the best for your truck. You also want the best bang for your buck. I was dead set on buying a Diablo Predator (thinking it was the best out there) until I spoke with Larry (a.k.a. Fordtrkpuller) at Discount Power Parts (one of FTE's Sponsors). What he told me was that SCT XCalibrator and Xcalibrator 2 were way better than anything out there in terms of overall performance and usability. It goes above and beyond anything out there. Best of all, this tuner is FORD SPECIFIC, which means that this tuner isn't available for Dodge or Chevy. It also means that custom tunes can be written specifically for your truck (by Erik or Jody Tipton) and e-mailed for you to download to your tuner! Each custom tune is tested by Erik and/or Larry to ensure the best. Checkout the group buy here . The tuner is normally sold for $479 on SCT's website, so the more that get in on this, the better the price. (Larry PMed me earlier today and I don't think I'm allowed to post the prices he told me about.) Either way, I'm getting one and you guys should too. Wow, I just got a return email from Larry and WOW, this is the lowest price by far I've seen by a long shot! This is a great tuner! I really want one with Jody's tunes. I need to find out if Jody can provide tunes if I already have the tuner... could save a bundle.
