2007 6.0 Replacement motor

Any of you guys have any good info on the replacement motor for the 6.0? My dealer's service dude told me it is to be a 6.4L twin turbo, and said he thought it was going to be made by Navistar also, but had no other info. He did say he had heard that Ford was going to mate it with an Allison tranny. If this has already been discussed, send me to the thread and I'll go read it, I've been away a few months.

The deal about an Allison trans is not right. There is a seperate forum for the 6.4L if you goto the top of the goto forums and you will see it right above the 6.0L forum!

I went on a tour to the international plant in Indiana. The guy leading the tour wasn't happy with all the questions I had, but he did tell me that it would be a 6.4 litre twin turbo. Alison Transmission is owned by General Motors Corporation. Ford runs them in the F-650 & F-750, but I don't foresee them putting them into the F-250/350's.
