using newer flywheel with a top loader 4speed?

What's everyone?Ihave a 1979 ford f-150. 1978 302 with a top loader 4 speed.I bought a 5.0 fuel injected engine out of a ford 89 bronco.I'm converting the EFI to a carb set-up.My question is what flywheel to use?Because i'm keeping the top loader.I know there is the difference in weight balance of a newer one compared to the older one.I just don't know if the newer flwheel will work with the top loader.help please

Keep the same flywheel that's on the '89 5.0 now. The splines on the transmission input shaft should be the same, so you should even be able to stay with the same clutch. You'll need to count the teeth on both flywheels, if they're the same you should be good to go.
