Get a servo with a larger surface area and a transgo stage2 shift kit. I think that would work nicely. Don't get the B&M they have lost quality in the last few years.

You want faster shifts while in the mud. Slow shifts will cause a big loss of power to the wheels...and thats something you definately dont want while in the mud.
