2002 Expl driver side interior panel removal 3rd row

All,

I've got an '02 Explorer XLT 3rd row.

What steps should I take in removing the interior panel on the driver side next to my third row. I need to remove it in order to take care of a blend door fix because the rear climate controls will not heat and there is the signature clicking noise back there. Thanks much for suggestions.

Thanks much Mountaineer Man! Did you get the pics and instructions from a manual that can be purchased at a retail store?
