I to put the 35" tires on my truck. I decided to go with the 4.10 gears and I am glad I did. The 4.10 gears put my RPM's almost back to what it was with the stock tires on. I feel that the 4.30 would have been a little bit too low for everyday driving, but it may work better for you if you do a lot of towing. If you are after mileage, I would go with the 4.10. Just my opinion!
It also depends on what your doing with the truck. IMO, on a truck that is 4x4 I would stick with the 3.73LS. Mine is an F350 SRW 4x4 and I opted for the single axle for 4x4 capabilities and get very good milage. My last two trucks (4x4) had 3.55 and perfrom great off-road (deep sand). Only hwy driving? Then the 4.10 and 4.30 may be a good choice but I pull a 30' fiver with 3.73 and get 11/13.5 mpg.
I personally prefer the 3.73LS since I do a lot of off road on the coast.
I have an 03 SRW crew cab, 4X4 with 35" tires and I switched gearing to 4:56 (equivalant to 4:10s with stock tires). This is not a daily driver (I have 16,300 miles on it); I drive it on weekends and during the summer we tow to the river often. I love the gearing and no, I have not calculated milage--I didn't buy for milage. If it were a daily driver, I probably would have went with 4:10s.At 65mph I tach at 2500 RPM.
