Hey all, I just got a 1991 Explorer Sport to replace my Taurus SHO which someone hit and totaled while sittign in my driveway ()
need help on speaker selections. i plan on gettign an alpine headunit, and boston speakers, im going to get boston sl80s for teh rear and i want to go BA for the front as well, im assuming the are 6.25"? if not what size
also, is there a good amp/sub combo to take the place of the stock sub in the back of the truck? thanks!

I used to have a 1992 Explorer with a sound system. If your really looking for some bass you should just build/buy a box and put in the rear cargo area, for your subs. I had two 12" Pioneers Pointing towards the rear window. When the bass hit it was so hard that it was knocking the windshield wiper off the window and making it streak . It would hit freakin loud.
