rusty floor/cab mounts
I have a 1975 supercab f150 that has rusted and been repaired more times than I've probably filled the gas tank. I'm at the point where I would like to just cut the whole bottom front half of the cab off and weld a new one in- front cab mounts and all.
Does any one know what year trucks use the same cab mounts in front, and the metal under the doors. I assume 73-79 will work but how about the 80-86's?

I cut some out of a 76 to put in my 73 F 250. Have some photos in my gallery. I had to replacethe lower half of the post where the door hinges bolt on. Also the part of the firewall where the brakes and steering cal. go through. So far I have 3 trucks in it.
