oil pressure unit

were is it located on my 86 6.9 f350

if i remember its on the back of the block by the intake manifold....not 100% on it though

All the way against the fire wall a little bit to the passenger side of the motor centerline. It screw straight down into the block.

is there any where else i can connect my manual oil pressure gauge besides where the factory one is

That is the easiest place.
There are a row of square headed plugs down under the oil cooler on the drivers side that go into the oil gallery. Any of them have oil pressure but you have to watch the exhaust manifold. If I were going to use one of those I would only use the copper tubing for the oil pressure gauge feed line, the plastic line in that area would be dangerous. Touch the hot manifold one time and it has a hole in it.
