I think we might be looking in the wrong direction. If the IP, glow plugs and Fuel Shutoff Solenoid check out and the engine turns over well, it's got to be something else. Have you tried taking out the Schraeder valve and volume testing the lift pump? You should get one cup of fuel in 30 seconds of cranking the engine. It could also be a clog in the return lines to the tanks. just a thought,i had a problem quit like that ,did all of the above ---- and then some ,drove me nuts didnt have to go far ,but i found a fuel line had rubbed through.it did not drip it was a very small hole but it sucked air ,so no go!
