Differentials

Ok I have a 97 4x4 4.6L f150 with 3.55 open differentials.
I am trying to find information about having 4.10 gears (front and back) and an automatic mechanical locker in the rear.
I am having problems finding information about different brands of lockers and the pros and cons. All the websites I find are just vendors and their review just say for the most tractino blah blah blah.
The manufactures website just describes how good it is.
If anyone can link me to some information to help me get my head wrapped around the world of lockers, and maybe show me on a 4wheelparts.com what I would need to buy and (have installed locally) I would greatly appreciate it!

I have found that checking out an off road forum is the best place to get the answers you seek as those guys really run their stuff hard and know what works and what doesn't. For most DD set ups it doesn't matter what you buy.

The 4.6 has no problem climing through the rpms with the 3.55. If I got 4.10 im kinda worried that it would just fly through the rpms too quickly. From a stop and stompin the gas(with no wheel spin) the rpms jump to somewhere between 2-3 grand. I dont want to hit the gas halfway and be turnin 3500 rpms from the get go.
What kind of rpms do you think it would spin with 4.1gears 32" tires from 25% throttle, 50%, 75%, WOT?
