is it just me or is the www.ford.com website hard to use? i wanted to build a f350 truck but they only let you build the f 250. whats with that? then i found a backdoor way to build a f350 yet it lists no dual wheel option. before they redid the website last year it was easy to use. now it is really hard to use.
We're often told that Ford monitors this site. If there was ONE thing I would wish they would take from here, it's this: FIX YOUR EXTREMELY USER UN-FRIENDLY WEBSITE!! No one can follow "The Way Forward" if you continue to support a website that customers can't decipher, and salespeople have to refer those customers to other websites (like carsdirect.com) in order to accurately build and price their vehicle.
so dual wheel is a model? it used to be setup i could click f 350 then select dual rear tires and add the 4.10. so if i want to build a dually model where in the heck do i go? i think the chevy website is easier to use.

Yep the site is a real PAIN! But the following will hopefully get you going.
