I made my own with some 20ga. and a little time on a sheet metal roller. If you don't have access to a roller a piece of carpet on the floor and a large tube or a welding gas cyliner will put a roll on a piece of 20 ga. I've got pics of my front pan in my gallery, the rear was made with the same roll and radius..... Give it a try, it's not too difficult...

How does the roll pan from LMC mount, weld in or bolt in? The one I had made bolts on.

it can be both. I am welding it in for the smooth look. I also got the built in liscense plate box. You have to notch the back of the bed for the box to fit though. just about 2 inches deep.

I dont mind the notch, since my whole bed floor has been removed for new chassis.

What is a roll pan? It sounds like I know what it is but as I think about it, I don't.

Mine also has the liscense plate box, though I did not have to cut the bed. I'm going to put a tow hitch behind it and hinge the liscense plate so I can put a receiver through it.

mine wouldnt fit without notching the bed. it wouldnt let it go back far enough. i could probably just make the box a little shallower

Mine didn't replace the bumpers, my bumpers are now attached to the frame and behind the rolled pans..... Thinking about adding a set of nerfs front and rear. You guys must have a lot more money that I do, I've only got about $10.00 worth of sheet metal in mine!!!
