The only time I would use it would be in a "stop gap" situation like on the side of the road or something. Then when I got her back to home base I would give the cooling system a real good flush and replace the radiator.

I dont know how good that stuff is for the entire system over the long run......and I dont want to find out the hard way.

I wouldnt dare put that stuff in my baby, but I did just last month put some of that "liquid Aluminum radiator stop leak" in my '93 integra (beater/cruiser) with no success. I am not supprised as I am always going into the red zone on my tach and I'm just to cheap to care about that thing.

bottom line
like streetgang said get it fixed right the first time. and be very careful when considering additives to fix a vehicle problem.

You cannot fix major lieaks with chemicals, but they do work on small leaks. I think I used Bardahl's (sp?) to fix my leaking waterpump gasket.

The radiators are shared with the F-150, big surprise I know. Because there are so many F-150s you can get a replacement for cheap. I got a brand new, not refurbished one for $115. Go to your local radiator shop, you'll get a good price and a warranty.
