hey all, in case you never read anything of mine before, i have a 66 f 250 chassis needing brake work. now here is the problem.
i cannot find replacement parking brake links for the drums anywhere. Does anyone here have a spare set, know what years will bolt up so i can hit junkyards, or at least give me measurements so i can have a machine shop make me a pair? its the 11 x 1 3/4 drum brake with 4 bolts holding to axle. not much time to research this myself and the weather here is horrible this time of year to go junkyarding to find compatible. i'll be searching here a little while i can but a little direction would be appreciated. thanx
no the rod that goes from the primary shoe to the actuator behind the secondary shoe inside the drum itself. its called the parking brake link on autozones website repair guide
