what ft/ lbs do these need

what ft/ lbs do these need
i need the ft lbs for the torq to the flexplate for a 1979 c-4 trans . thanks

The converter nuts are 20-30 lb-ft.

are you talking about flex plate to crank or converter to flex plate?
