Question Need tech guidance for Engine light no codes.

Hi guys been reading for years and find that alot of you are very knowledgable.
Here is my problem. 2003 4wd lariot crew cab 6.0 ltr early build pre 03-03. Noticed cold starts below 45 degrees are folowed by rough rocking idle for 10 or 15 seconds then levels out. Sometime the engine light comes on sometimes not. The light will stay on for a day or day and a half then go away. No codes show up. Truck continues to rough idle for 10- 15 secs then seem to be fine with engine light on.
Carried to the dealer for repair (under warranty) they say two injectors are bad and replaced those two only --leaking at 20 psi. Picked my truck up after business hours truck still cranks fine but idles rough and rocks for 10-15 secs. No light however. Wait I notice the light did not even test on glow plug warm up. What the heck is going on. I can live with the fact that my truck is still not repaired (yet) but has the dealership\tech inhibited the engine warning light. If this is the case then I am mad. Is it possible to inhibit the engine light with ease or did someone POSSIBLE go to alot of trouble to get my truck out of the shop. (No light no problem).
Should a 6.0 ltr engine light come on during glow plug warm up\run position?. It did last week but does not now.
Opinions on what to do and what the possible causes are. BTW the flash is the lastest greatest according to service tech.\scheduler.

Not real happy now. Not had any problems up until now.....

Help!!!

Help with rough idle at start up only.

I thought I would have gotten some thoughts by now?

Lord, does the dealer's invoice to you tell you what the DTC was on the SE light?

My 03 PSD had the same symptoms as you describe...when I had Auto ZOne scan the DTC it was P2285, which was a bad ICP sensor. Ford replaced that and my EGR valve. I haven't had any others problems since then. Not sure if they reflashed the PCM or not.

My response to help.

There was no code. Just the engine light came on. I understand the codes you are referring to but there were none. They did the KOER test, fuel contamination check then the injector pressure test. They found two to be bad. They replaced those two. Still has the same rough cold idle for 10-15 secs.

I am really concerned about the engine light not working (NOW) on prestart warm up. Does yours?
