Recalls

I was reading through the TSBs and Recalls for the different vehicles and noticed that one of the recall notices for the 79 Broncos may be affecting mine - The Parking Pawl recall. My 79 is a real beast to keep in park.

Does anybody know if Ford still fixes those problems on older models or is there a statute of limitations on them? Is there a way to see if your vehicle has been fixed?

Best thing to do is phone your Ford dealer for info give them the vin #

Do what busy boy said. All recalls are handled by the dealer. I doubt yours is still under factory warranty.
