Harley Grill
I purchased my Harley grill from the dealership where I bought my 2005 lariat. It comes with the surround but it is not painted, you have to do that yourself. I just re-used the chrome one that came on my truck.

Bad news on the Harley grills guys. The dealer my sister works for who I can get parts from at cost gave me the new price on the harley grills. $340.00! That is their cost! I was told that everyone around the country is trying to get these grills and FORD did their usual and marked them way up!. Sorry I can't do better. I bought the same grill about three months ago from the same people for right around 125.00, again their cost at the time.
The Lincoln door handles are around $50.00 apice and I think you can get them a little cheaper at www.fordparts.com. Again, sorry I couldn't help out with any cheaper prices but the free market has struck again.
