Alright I am replacing the sector shaft seal on my 1994 Ranger. I posted in another form but still can't get the old one out. I tried starting the truck and turing the well full left and right, no dice. Another user said to drill two holes in the seal and use a couple sheetmetal screws to pull it out. It is impossible to drill that seal, the metal is too hard (burnt up 3 new bits). I also read you can use a seal puller. Looking at a puller on the web I don't know if that will work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
