Caliper Sticking

I have a 2000 Excursion, and about every 30,000 miles the drivers side caliper sticks and causes the bus to pull. What is the deal? Should I change the caliper and if so, should I change both sides?

What's the best brand to buy and best place to purchase new calipers?

every 10k i pull my wheels and lube the slide pins etc. never have any binding-sticking etc. just yer normal maintenance

I also have a y2k ex, I just replaced my fl calliper, I installed an after market calliper. napa i believe. 89 $$ No problems since, Replaced it over the summer.

I had a similar problem and I replaced both front calipers. The slide pins were really stuck--I had to use a torch to heat up the metal frame and bang the slide pins out with a hammer. I cleaned up the holes and lubed up the new slide pins with high-temp grease and I haven't had any problems since. Like one of the previous replies, I intend to pull the pins and clean and lube them every time I rotate the tires.
