The bolt circle is the same (5 X 135mm), however Ford switched from 12mm studs to 14mm studs in mid-production model year '2000. All F150/Expy rims are hub-centric and therefore interchanging is not a real issue with the rims themselves (though officially it is 'not recommended'), but some of the center caps (with fixed size clips) will not fit the different lug nut sizes. Center caps with slotted spring clips can be adjusted to fit either size.
There are also a couple alloy rim styles that if originally on a 12mm stud vehicle, will not fit a 14mm stud vehicle, as the holes are too tight. Any 14mm wheel style will fit the earlier vehicles (I have 14mm stud '02 Lariat wheels on my 12mm stud F150 XLT with no issues other than adjusting the center cap clips to grip the smaller lug nuts).
