warranty violation

Will retuning the computer of my 2006 f350 psd violate its original warranty? If not, is it really worth the price in improved mileage?

Not if FORD reflashes it. There is lots of discussion on this subject and how to do it CORRECTLY without being caught by the stealership. IMHO it's worth the time and money to do it--just do it right. My mileage improves about 30% so add it up at 2.40/gallon and it pays for itself quickly. I want you to know that these gains are NOT typical for MOST people, but MOST people generally see 1.5 to 2 mpg gains. Some see none.

i saw a .2-.5 mpg gain in mpg. i don't believe any mods will pay for themselves unless you're hauling commercially
