351m 400 vac

Hey guys I was just reading through this post and you guys to seem to know what your talking about so perhaps you can help I have a what I believe is a 351m 400 and it starts up fine but when you give it throttle it bogs out alot and you get some blowback from the carb and sometimes a nice fire ball.

I noticed that there arent any vac lines hooked up at all and im not sure how they are meant to run as far as I know it is a stock 2bl carb any help would be great

It sounds like you have a very lean condition going on. Look for a vacuum leak at one of your hoses, or there may be a port that isnt plugged properly. Good luck!
