Transmission Filler Plug
'91 Ranger 2WD with 3.0L. Going to make a long story short; I need a replacement filler plug for my 5sp. manual transmission. I've got the Mazda tranny. Is it easiest just to go to the Ford dealer for this? My local NAPA can help, but they need to know the thread size of the plug...anyone know what this may be?

If the truck isn't your only means for transportation, you could bring the plug with you? sure would beat wrenching in the parking lot. If not maybe ford is the way to go, or maybe ford can give you the thread size.
