2006 Rough Idle Issue

i have a 2006 f250 6.0l with gauges and predator 60hp tune installed i have the r10 lastest update for my diablo sport 1300 miles on it

my issue is this i have rough idle after warm up in drive it feels like a miss intermittently i does not happen all the time but most times while at a stop sign or light after vehicle is at running temps i also noticed since i put in the r10 update it is rougher starting on colder days than the previous update
and it seems to surge on low speed decell to stop postion other than that it runs strong

i dont know if it is from last fuel fill up but i did get it from the biggest truck stop in area they sell more fuel than anyone by far so that is questionable
first i am going to monitor truck with my diablo if i cant get a feel for what is going on then i am going to put stock tune in to see if it goes away
if it does go away then i will reinstall tune to see if it comes back if it is still present i will take it to dealer

but any ideas other than the what i mentioned above i could try would help

well i know it is not the gas i have gone through 2 tanks and from a different station just today i reflashed back to stock tune and it starts really smooth now but i have not driven it enough yet to see if it is still stumlbing i did realize before putting stock tune back that when slowing down it is not the tranny stumbling it is the missing like it does at idle thats when you feel the stutter i will drive it a cpl of days and report back now i wonder if when i installed the tune the last time it did not go in clean well as soon as i drive it more and get a clearer picture i will like i said report back on if i am taking to dealer or otherwise

ok i had my stock tune in for a cpl of weeks and it ran smooth as could be although it was a bit of a slug with stock tune in it all problems went away this morning i put 60hp tune back in and it started acting up again i will be emailing predator about this issue to see what they think hopefully they have some ideas on what i could be i must say i do love the extra power that it gives you and mpg is better with tune installed i took a long trip with it tuned and took the same trip with out it i had to fill up alot less with tune installed

Interesting stuff. I assume it is running ok at all other rpms?

Have you made any progress in diagnosing your problem? I was considering the revision 10 update for the predator, but was looking for some feedback before I do.
