Seems to me this has been discussed before but every so often I have problems starting the truck. It seems it only happens after it's been driven for a while. I took it to the dealer for this about 7 months ago and as usual they didn't find anything. My warranty will be expiring in about 10,000 miles and was going to take it to another dealer but just wanted to be able to point them in the right direction. So if anyone has had a similar problem and knows what the solution is it would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
Welcome to the club. The dealers response to this last time was to update the PCM. I kept my fingers crossed, but then today I had the no-start condition 3 times already. Only happens after parking for 20-30 minutes.
Since I'll be heading to the dealership a 4th time for this, I'm ready to bust some skulls.
If I was going through what you guys are, I'd just leave the truck at the dealer untill they had this fixed.
What if your down the road in the middle of no ware and it wont start for ya that would really suck.
There should be no reason why they can't get this fix right the first time.
