255/85/r16

I'm getting new tires probably tomarrow I have a f-350 psd 4x4 with 4.10 grearing. I was wondering if going up in trier size form my 235/85r16 to 255/85/r 16 will halp my fule economy at all or should I just stick with stock.. Thanks much for any help .I need it soon if any of you out thre in ford land have ant good thoughs. J

You will not notice any difference. Though your speedo will be off, you should have it recalibrated.

I wouldnt worry about recalibrating your speedo. At 60mph, it will only be off by 2.6mph. At 35mph, it will be off by 1.5mph.

My truck is off by 4-5 mph at 60mph. Which means that when my speedo says 60mph...I am actually going 64-65mph
