you will need to address every thing. Steering, driveshafts, engine crossmember, leaf springs or coil springs? shocks, I would almost say it would be easier to get a wrecked 4wd and swap your cab and box to it if they are in good condition. Or sell yours and look for a nice 4wd.
Fourwheeler just finished a project on a mid 70's ford truck converting it from 2WD to 4WD. They used coil over shocks($$$) and a link type suspension

Steering box type, and location as well as frame is totally different between 2wd/4wd. I agree w/ the post that says to find 4X4 frame and running gear and swap body parts or just start over w/ a 4X4. I saw the article on making a 2wd a 4wd, and it is pretty funky.
