Tractor steer? problem

I have an 86 E350 class B motorhome with 168,000. miles. I have replaced all shocks, added an extra leaf spring in rear, replaced king pins and bushings (professionally honed), ALL steering components except power steering pump and gear box (which I tightend), new tires properly inflated. Problem is that it still feels like it has tractor steer: wanders from side to side. It seems to be better than it was but it's still there. If problem is coming from gearbox is there a way to diagnose this without taking box apart to visually inspect backlash? Any ideas?

new ragjoint in it? how is the lower steering column bearing? did you replace both the I-beam and radius arm bushings?

It your allready tightening the box, its time to replace it.
