Hey guys, ordered my 4" exhaust today. I started with a straight 5" tip in the cart, then ended up ordering an angle cut tip. Now I'm second guessing myself. Help an indecisive guy out!
i have the straight cut tip, and wish i would have gotten the angle "slash cut". mine is 5'' T-304, and if you dont like it, maybe we could trade for a few weeks to see if we like the other one better. LMK.
and the wierdest thing about this, i was working on my truck tonight and glanced at my tip, and thought to my self : self, you better make a post on FTE about tips, angle cut or straight tips. and then i came here and saw it was already posted!!

Yeah, I did a little searching and didn't find one. Didn't really want to bother everyone with such a silly post, but it's kind of fun to see what everyone like and the differences in opinion.
Well, if I have to pick, I say straight. That's what I have now and don't want to think I need to go spend more money on an angle. But, on stacks, I like the angle.
Edit: Hink, just saw that you have an X. I think an angle would look best for you.

It has a angle cut stock, seemed to look good. That's why I changed my mind after I looked at it. The more I look at the ss 5" angle tip, the more I like it!

Sounds like you've pretty much got your mind made up.
