If at all possible I would like to keep my current tranny. But my truck is a 94 5.0L with MAF. So if I can get the right flexplate it should work. The computer will just think my 302 is sucking in a little more air and give it a little more fuel, right? And what about the firing order of a 302 compared to 351, will my fuel injection system be off at all?

The injector order should be changed - it'll run w/o it but it should be. It can be changed by swapping the wires on the computer's connector or internally by a dyno shop with tuning software.
