exhaust manifolds......
well i deicided to tackle my ehxuast manifold crack a coupple days ago and i have been waiting for the right day to put em on. today was warm enough so i drilled out the 2 bolts that broke off (passenger very back top and drovers very front top) i managed to do it with the heads on the engine it was a pain but i got it. soooo what does any guy do when they get the manifolds on?? THEY FIRE IT UP!! im still smiliein and the neighbors are still mad. i used all the tips i have seen on here for puttin em back on. i used a bolt on the 2 that broke and ran it straight thought with a nut on the other side i cotaed everything with anti sieze. this is my 1st experiance with the FE manifolds the design is good in one way but bad in another it allows for an easy fix of the problem it causes with the top row of bolts.

I hear ya, my neighbors are glad that the beast is finally just about quite until the trip to the lake for summer... Costa Mesa CA is very, uptight,religUs,hipocrtcl... personally his yard fellas using a 2 stroke mess maker **** the dogs off more than the FE waking up..LOL maybe I can get Arnold to help me convert it ti a Hydrogen peacemaker

i dont really mind makin em mad becuase their cow bell soundin wind chimes are anooyin as crap too and they only come up to their house on the weekend and they leave them out all week. so you know what they say about pay back 
. mabey a good placed tater out of the tater gun could solve the wind chime problem too
