Anybody replaced the vent window rubber? It looks like it peels right out on two sides but on the window channel it appears to be clipped on one of mine and riveted on the other side. I'm looking for some pointers and trying to decide whether to bust loose with the $60 for a new set from Dennis Carpenter. Thanks.

I replaced mine. The Dennis Carpenter Catalog has detailed instructions on the whole process. It is relatively easy. Go to their website and download the catalog.
I downloaded the '67-'72 replacement parts catalog from the Dennis Carpenter website and while I see the seals, I can't find any details on installing them. Should I be looking in another catalog?
Same here on the catalog. Are you looking at an old one? I went ahead and ordered a pair from Dennis Carpenter and will see what they look like. I'll post photos of the installation.

Maybe my catalog is an older one. If you call Dennis Carpenter, I am sure they would be happy to send you the instructions. If not, I will try to find my catalog and fax the instructions to you. I just moved so the trick is finding the right box with the catalog.
I got the JCW ones and I am happy with them as well. They didnt come with instructions and required some holes drilled and pop rivets but all in all they werent too difficult to put in.
the sprocket & nohaj, do you have any photos of your installation? 72, I'll post photos of mine. 67, I'll call Dennis Carpenter today and see if they will send me the instructions (great idea!).
