solid axle rack and pinion
A few weeks ago there was a thread about a new rack and pinion kit for solid axle trucks. No limit was the vendor and there was much dicussion about how it was set up. I just received the Feb 06 issue of Custom Classic Trucks and there is an article about the kit. The rack bolts to the axle (drill two holes) and there's a slip joint in the steering shaft. Good series of photos in the article.
