I was named the Ryland Homes Baltimore / Delaware Division Supervisor of the Year today. I built 113 houses for a total of 40.25 million dollars in 2005. I just wish I got even 1/2 percent for the work. Don't get me wrong I did make a good living last year. And already in just one month into 2006 and I already have 52 houses under construction. Looks like another good year on the horizon. I know people are claiming that the "bubble" is bursting but there are 30 more homes sold that I have not started yet, and a waitign list a mile long to buy in the next section.
