First oil drip

I found a slow leak coming out of what looks to be the front main engine bearing/seal. Its a 97' 4.0 and I still have a powertrain warranty on it(bought used). Should I do anything about this or let it go?

if its under a warranty, try it. the cost for that repair is steep! did you purchase the warranty or is it one of those 30 day warranties?

definately get it fixed if it covered. leaks usually don't fix themselves.

Get it fixed then. It's on their dime.

The bright side is the oil pan on the 4.0L is huge. I have a slow oil leak from mine, nothing major, it doesn't require more oil between changes, so I'm just letting it go, checking the oil regularly, and hoping it'll hold on until this summer (302 time!).
