Remote Start/Alarm
This may have been answered/asked already so please forgive me if I'm repeating something. i just bought a 2003 Ranger 4x4 EDGE model. It already has the keyless entry, and I was looking into getting remote start and possibly an alarm. The dealer would cost around $350-400 because of the labor and parts. I can get the system for myself for around $100 or so. I was wondering if anyone had put it on themselves and if there were any recommendations on what system I should get, and if there were any warranty issues, i.e. voiding it if there were any problems tied into putting in an aftermarket remote start and alarm system. Any help you guys could give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
