Is my exaust system enough?

As dumb as I am in the diesel field, I was wondering if it would benifit me to upgrade my exaust? Right now it is 2.5 inch pipe with a medium sized glasspack apearing muffler. Does this setup flow well enough for a stock non-turbo 6.9? If not what type of upgrades should be done? I would like to keep the sound of my current system. (sounds almost like a gas motor)
Thank You for the info...

If you are going to work the truck any it would benifit you to install a ful 3" exhaust with a fee flowing muffler. The sound will change some, it will be deeper and better than the current set-up.

Nothing wrong with that. I love the sound of straight pipe V-8 diesels. You'll probably have to have it custom built. Off the shelf dual exhaust systems for the IDI's are not that easy to find.
