I was just wondering if anyone on here uses Netflix.com or any other online rental company to rent movies. I just signed up for the two-week trial and I wanted to know if anyone had any thoughts about their experiences with these type companies.
I've been on netflix for about three months now. So far, I like it. I started by getting one movie at a time. I have changed it to two. For last month, I was able to see 8 different movies total. Just this Monday I returned Transporter 2 and The Cave. I should see my next set of movies by Thursday.
Been using either Netflix or Blockbuster over the last 3 years.
For the most part, very good service. Netflix for us has been faster on sending, as we are in the same metro area as one of their dist locations. Have been times we've received a new release on Tuesday (same day it was officially released).
Only drawback is that some movies have a wait time, or a very long wait time. For the money, nothing could be easier though.
Netflix for 2 years, and wish I'd bought the stock!
Since I'm very busy, I only get sporadic time to watch ANY tube, and Netflix allows me to have a movie or series (I'm starting "24" this week) on hand. And since we're somewhat rural here, the mailing feature is tops.
Customer service is good, only complaint is one out of 10 discs might have rough spots...then again, I have a cheap dvd player. A better unit might read them better?
Ive been using netflix for a long time now and only have had one problem with a disc which was quickly resolved, great customer service and super fast shipping. I love'em
