I just purchased a 97 F150. The rear end has been howling at certain speeds the last few days, I pulled the cover and it appear that the carrier bearings are
shot. the carrier shifts. Any information on how to set the carrier back up after
replacing the bearings. I have not pulled it completely apart yet, but I did pull the caps and it appears that there aren't any shims? Any information would be helpful.
