My dealer recommended the Firestone Transforce AT. I like it alot better than the steeltex OEM. Just had them put on and they seem fine. Quiet and load range E 10 ply. (265)

I have 50,000 on a set of REVO 265/75 16's load range E on my 02 F350 4wd CC and they need to be replaced soon. They got a lot louder in the last 20,000 miles as with many tires. I too am looking at the FS Destination AT 305/70 16's E as I can run 65 PSI of air and have a little more capacity than I do currently. The tires are 1 inch larger in diameter so the truck will be .5" taller. I do not think that this will effect my gearing enough to notice while towing.
