Lug stud size question...

[over from the F150 board] Did Explorers/Rangers also switch from 12mm studs to 14mm studs at some point? If so, in what model year?

More specifically, did the center cap pictured below (link) come in two different clip sizes (12mm/14mm)?

My center cap has rubber inserts; stud size shouldn't be too much of a problem.
